Our cuisine is refined in all its combinations and balanced in its flavours. We are constantly in search of the best ingredients, generously offered by the sea and the soil our garden.
Our proximity to the sea has led us to develop menus mainly based on the local catch in order to transfer our local aromas and flavours to the dishes.
The menu’s author is Giuseppe Romano, from Campania, who after many important experiences in Italy and abroad has stopped in Calabria to develop and best express his cuisine. Complex and rigorous in his combinations and cooking methos, Romano’s cuisine is intelligently daring, sometimes surprising, always balanced.
You will discover seafood and land tasting menus but also a rich and inviting ‘à la carte menu’.

Start with some seared local squid with nduja and fennel cream, some seafood panzanella and cacciucco or some local red prawns on a sauce of roasted pepper, flavoured with mint and coffee.
You can feel the Mediterranean taste in the ‘Gragnano calamarata’ with seafood, squids and some asparagus tips. Try our hand-made pasta with basil, with some red grouper ragout, or some Carnaroli rice from the plain with sea truffle and yellow tomato and, to finish, let yourself be pampered by the pastry entirely made by Eleonora. Co-owner and chef Romano’s wife, Mrs Eleonora warmly welcomes her customers and is an excellent pastry chef.
